Production area: Within the region designated ‘comprensorio del fiano di avellino d.o.c.’
 
Vine exposition and altitude:South/west 400 metres above sea level
 
Soil type: Clay/lime
 
Vine cultivation system: Guyot
 
Alcoholic content: 12.5/13° vol
 
Harvest: Hand picked second half of october
 
Vinification process: Selection of grapes in vineyard and then in cellar, light pressing, fermentation of must at controlled temperature. Maturing in stainless steel tanks for at least 4 months following by a minimum of 2 months maturing in bottles
 
Graper variety used: 100% fiano di Avellino
 
Accompanies: Suggested to accompany seafood and fish dishes of haut cuisine
