Characteristics: Straw coloured with complex fruit aromas peach, vanilla and honey. Well structured and acidulous
 
Production area: Within the area designated ‘comprensorio del greco di tufo d.o.c’
 
Vine exposition and altitude:South /west 400 metres above sea level
 
Soil type: Clay/lime
 
Vine cultivation system: Guyot
 
Alcoholic content: 12.5/13° vol
 
Harvest: Hand picked second half of october
 
Vinification process: Selection of grapes in vineyard and then in the cellar. Light pressing, fermentation of must at controlled temperature. Refining in stainless steel casks and subsequently for at least 2 months in bottles
 
Graper variety used: 100% greco di tufo
 
Accompanies: Suggested to accompany sophisticated fish dishes or as an aperitif
