Characteristics: Straw coloured with green reflections, fruity and fresh with traces of green apple and sharp pineapple with a marked acidity in perfect harmony with the structure of the wine
 
Production area: Within the area designated ‘comprensorio della falanghina del beneventano i.g.t
 
Vine exposition and altitude:South 250/400 metres above sea level
 
Soil type: CLAY/LIME (CALCAREOUS) ON COMPACT SAND
 
Vine cultivation system: ESPALIER AND PREGOLA RAYS
 
Alcoholic content: 12/12.5° vol
 
Harvest: Hand picked at the end of september
 
Vinification process: Selection of grapes in vineyard and then in the cellar. Light pressing, fermentation at controlled temperature. In stainless steel casks for a minimum of 3 months and subsequently for at least 2 months in bottles
 
Graper variety used: 100% falanghina del Beneventano
 
Accompanies: Suggested to accompany shell fish and fish dishes in general and is also an excellent aperitif.
